Add one cap-full to a full bath or apply to body before showering. Each 55ml bottle contains enough for up to 20 baths or showers. This is NOT recommended during pregnancy and is for adult use only. Also take care when getting out of the bath or shower - this oil is slippery so make sure you don't come a cropper!
