Festival Beauty Essentials

Seasoned festival-goer Jen - Cult Beauty's brilliant Senior Marketing Comms Manager - is a Glastonbury addict and slave to the festival circuit, so who's better placed to advise on the products you *need* to ensure you emerge from your tent looking flawless. These are the products she can't survive festival-season without - the few that made the (ruthless) cut (and leave sufficient space for kaftans, headbands and the rest... obvs).

skyn ICELAND
I'm normally the first to denounce face wipes as utterly catastrophic for your skin, but skyn ICELAND's {Glacial Cleansing Cloths} are different. They lather into a foam with no water required, so you can gently loosen and wipe away make up without aggressively scrubbing at your face. Ideal when there's not a sink in sight.

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist
Short of being able to splash your face with water, Omorovicza's {Queen of Hungary Mist} is the most refreshing thing you can do to your skin at a festival. After you've taken your make up off and when you first wake up, it's a God-send. I make my fellow festival-goers form an orderly queue for their QoH fix.

MV Organic Skincare Rose Soothing & Protective Moisturiser 15ml
I'm taking the 15ml MV Organic Skincare {Rose Soothing & Protective Moisturiser} because I just can't live without it. The best moisturiser in the whole world... according to my face.

SkinOwl Eye + Treatment
Tired eyes and festivals go hand in hand - little sleep and more-than-the-usual intake of alcohol can wreak havoc on dark circles and puffy bags. SkinOwl's {Eye +} is an all-natural treatment which works instantly - you can feel the area under your eyes tighten and become rejuvenated - like magic.

Aesop Resurrection Rinse-Free Hand Wash
Aesop's {Resurrection Rinse-Free Hand Wash} is a non-drying, divine-smelling hand sanitiser. Because, you know, it's a festival.

Tent hair be-gone! A few spritzes of Sam McKnight's {Lazy Girl} onto dry hair, followed by some tactical scrunching, will transform a fuzzy mess into effortless cool-girl waves (have-at-you Alexa!).

Unless it's torrential rain (please please NO), a good level of SPF is an absolute must. Zelens {Daily Defence Sunscreen SPF30} isn't chalky or sticky and sits beautifully under make up.

Low effort/high reward make up is a dream come true for festivals. I love the instantly glowy, dewy effect of Charlotte Tilbury's {Unisex Healthy Glow} - it covers all manner of s(k)ins without making you look too 'made up'.

For eye enhancement, look no further than Too Faced's on-brand {Life's A Festival Eye Shadow Palette} - a riotous rainbow of shades for a spectrum of crowd-pleasing looks. Then glitter is a non-negotioable (obviously) - I love Too Faced's glitter-laced {Glitter Pop Liners} for some subtle shimmer, and reach for NYX Professional Makeup's {Face & Body Glitter} when I want to feel Fairy Queen-esque...

Stila Cosmetics Stay All Day Liquid LIpstick
Stila's {Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick} in 'Carina' is my new obsession. These lip colours glide on like a gloss but dry like a matte lipstick and they literally stay on all day. Apply once and you're good to go.
