Great cleansing balm
Removes all my make up, but to be honest will only buy for the bamboo booster which makes it outstanding! Too bad they don't sell that one seperately. But the balm does what it promises, no complaints.

It does what it needs to do, but it's not a holy grail/the best
I use this to remove makeup, as the first step to cleanse. I have used it on its own (with water) and also with re-usable makeup remover pads. I've noticed that the pads do help a lot with removing the makeup compared to when I only used water. However, it does leave a 'film' over my eyes, as I also use it to remove eye makeup. It doesn't irritate nor sting my eyes, but it is good to know that it may happen. I do think this only works if you use it in a two-step cleansing/double cleansing method, thus combined with a liquid cleanser. On its own, it may remove the makeup (mostly), but it won't leave your skin fully cleaned.

The balm can take a full face of makeup easily, it transforms into oil within few massages, and the bamboo booster is a game changer, it doubles the balm as an oil exfoliator, I add it into the balm once a week for a deeper detox.

Great for removing makeup. Makeup just dissolved off. With other brands I have to apply twice to remove eye makeup. The jar is very large and you use a little each time so it will last. It's also got these granules that you can add to cleanser to double up as a scrub. I will be buying again.
