In the Spotlight: Studio 10
Creators of make up for those who think they need it, want to wear it but don't have a clue where to start, Studio 10's capsule collection of multi-use palettes earned rave reviews from India Knight (not one known to mince her meaning); 'These kits are "Cor, you look really well" rather than "I see you've had a make-up lesson" - I defy anyone to use [this range] and not look great.' Very high praise indeed...

Find the perfect lipstick shade for you
Ooooooooh.... puuuuuurrrrrrrrrdy. Julie Hewett is our brand of the week (for those who haven't been paying attention - consider yourself scolded), and we are so besotted with her exquisite lipsticks that we've put together this guide to help you meet your perfect match.
Brand of the Week: Julie Hewett
You can be forgiven for wondering 'who?' when you first see the name Julie Hewett - after all, this lady isn't one to seek the spotlight, preferring instead to stay firmly on the shy side of Hollywood's all-seeing lens. However, things are set to change as Julie's fabulous colour collection is propelling its creator straight into the make up mainstream (as always, we were more than a few steps ahead of the masses...)
May Favourites
A glimpse at the Cult Beauty swag (yes, I used the word 'swag') I've been loving throughout this tempestuous May...
India Knight Loves Studio 10
The enduringly brilliant India Knight has just given Studio 10 her seal of approval in this week's Sunday Times Style saying, "I defy anyone to use it and not look great".
Emma Watson's Cult Beauty Picks
A woman's handbag says a lot about her, which is why - in this time of homogenized stock-answers, cynical publicists and over-protective PRs - we've all gone a bit doolally over a snapshot of the contents of Emma Watson's before she was due to walk the red carpet for her latest film Noah. It turns out she likes rather a lot of our products, what excellent taste she has!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit
One of the most hotly-awaited products of the year is the Anastasia Pro Series Contour Kit, launching on Cult Beauty at the beginning of May (sign up to the waitlist on the product details page to get first dibs). I find contouring rather a daunting task myself, but it's big news right now so I asked the great lady herself for some tips on how to avoid looking like you're just about to go paint-balling:
AW14 Beauty Trends to Try Now
The crocuses are just signalling the new season but in 'fashion world', Spring/Summer is so over and every fashionista worth her Manolos has been there, done that and already donated her (Kenzo) t-shirt. But for us mere mortals, who aren't chauffeured around in a branded Bentley (sad), humdrum questions such as; 'Will I freeze to death?' and 'Might this stiletto get stuck in the escalator?' simply demand to be asked. It's also complete madness (not to mention a serious health hazard) to go bare-legged in British winter, or don a full fur in July - unless your names are Anna Dello and Russo.
