Be still our beating hearts – {Anastasia Beverly Hills} have totally surpassed themselves with {Subculture}. Everything from its tactile teal green velveteen case and mustard yellow (Wes Anderson) lettering to its mesmer-eyes-ing range of shades is prompting palpitations… with good reason.
When it comes to creating the make up we’d form a disorderly queue for, {Anastasia Beverly Hills} takes some beating, having offered up a range of covetable cosmetics that have caused stampedes among beauty fans ({Modern Renaissance Palette} anyone?). Now, everyone’s favourite LA-based beauty maven is back (not a moment too soon!) with a palette that all self-respecting beauty buffs are going gaga over.
Lift the gorgeous velvet (VELVET!) covered lid and you’ll find 14 indie-inspired shades for all manner of statement eye looks. There are earthy brown, moss and terracotta hues, rich metallic bronze and vibrant mustard, olive and teal. A beautiful kaleidoscope of peacock-worthy colours, this gorgeous palette is ideal for channelling your inner ingenue (opt for ‘Cube’, ‘Dawn’ and ‘Roxy’), making like a sultry femme fatale (‘Rowdy’, ‘Axis’ and ‘All Star’) or adopting some full-on ’90s vibes with shades like ‘Untamed’, ‘Edge’ and ‘Destiny’.
