Chances are you’ve realised (in spite of our best efforts to be totally ‘business as usual’), that there’s something a little bit out-of-the-ordinary. Truth is, we are having a re-shuffle and it’s currently affecting orders.
Having outgrown our warehousing space (yippeee – more brands and products to choose from!), we’re moving somewhere thoroughly ginormous to accommodate the beauty mountain that’s been… err… mounting? However, as blushers, bronzers and Beautyblenders are being boxed up to be whizzed from A to B, it’s proving tricky to ship orders with our customary speed.
We are, as always, working ’round the clock to make sure make up mavens aren’t kept waiting but please bear with us during the coming week, while we catch up.
Instead of the usual 2-3 days for UK standard delivery, please allow 4-7 days for your orders to reach you. And if you’re ordering on Friday for a Saturday arrival, please note that orders must be placed before midday to guarantee they get to you on time.
