With witch hazel and sage leaf, the first essence-infused sheet works to dissolve ‘plugs’ of oil and dirt, before step two – with lime and lemon extracts – ‘lifts’ dead skin and blackheads. 1. After cleansing, apply the ‘Step 1’ sheet mask horizontally, fitting snugly to the bridge of your nose and cheeks. Leave for 15-20 minutes.

2. Dampen skin around the nose before removing the transparent film of the ‘Step 2’ nose pack (with dry hands). Fit the strip to your nose tightly – mist lightly with water if you need to increase ‘tackiness’ – then remove after 10-15 minutes once the pack has dried completely. Peel slowly from the edges towards the centre.

3. After removing ‘Step 2’ – remove the white film from ‘Step 3’ and apply to the treatment area. Remove after 5-10 minutes, patting any remaining essence into the skin to maximise absorption.
