Julie Hewett’s Smoky Eye Palette features four super-soft, densely pigmented shadows for achieving the ultimate come-hither smoulder. The perfect accompaniment to a neutral lip and a (very) little black dress, these velvety shadows can be used wet or dry to line and define your eyes with matte and shimmering shades of charcoal, jet black and shimmering neutrals. ‘Muse’ (a matte ‘nude’) makes a beautiful all-over daytime wash, which is easily updated for evening with ‘Black Chandelier’ (a dark grey shimmer) and ‘Noir’ (a deep, matte black), which looks bewitchingly seductive when smudged along the lash line. 1. Apply 'Muse' (matte nude) all over the lid. 2. Sweep 'Black Chandelier' (dark grey shimmer) along the bottom half of the lid, fanning outwards towards the crease, and flicking slightly upwards from the lashline towards the corner of your brow bone, to create a sexy feline shape. 3. Use 'Noir' n(matte black shadow) either wet or dry, to line the upper and lower lashes, smudging slightly for added smoulder. 4. Finally, apply 'Dolce' (peach/nude shimmer) to highlight the brow ridges and inner corners of each eye - to 'lift' and widen the eyes.
