Happy with my calendar
I was humming and hawing on whether to purchase an advent calendar this year, but seeing the Cult Beauty Advent Calendar had the absolute best selection of products that I had on my wish-to-try and want-to-have-again lists, I decided to pull the trigger. I was especially happy about the opportunity to test the Medik8 r-Retinoate Intense, since the full size costs an arm and a leg as well as the opportunity to test the Laneige Lip Mask (my new favourite), the Sam McNight travel size hair mask, the ROEN highlighter and the YTTP Adaptogen moisturizer. I also very much welcomed my already-favourite products, such as the full size Sunday Riley vitamin C serum and Sol de Janeiro Bom Dia Bright Cream, Hairgain Mask, Farmacy Honey Halo and (my HG) Biossance Rapid Plumping Serum, into my stash. Everything else was a great bonus!

I cannot fathom how good this advent calendar is! The value is absolutely phenomenal. The initial outlay is quite a bit, especially in these times but serums and moisturisers will easily last a year. Second Advent Calendar from CB - no disappointment at all!
What I love about advent calendars from CB is that I am able to discover so many gems, which probably I would never buy them normally. For instance, this time it was Dr. Levy Switzerland Pollution Shield 5PF. I had no idea what it is and how to use it. Moreover, once I checked the price I was like "WHAAAT??!" ;) But it happened to be super great protection for my sensitive skin. Especially during autumn/winter period, when the pollution is crazy high and the weather is moody-windy-cold. Happy to be introduced to this particular product, as well to the Switzerland company! I do like both calendars: from previous and this year! Even though not every single product was dedicated to my preferences, I was lucky enough to find someone who gladly took it. I love how well made calendars are! Both went to friends of mine who have children. They painted all boxed with paints and now have doll houses. I would like to thank Cult Beauty for great job they do and I am happy I can enjoy their advent calendar every year. It is a pure joy :)
