General Use for hormonal changes:

Apply 3-4 drops of oil or as needed to fingertips, gently massage into intimate areas including perineal, inner and outer labia.

For best results use daily, or twice per day to improve elasticity, and reduce dryness.

Pregnancy Use:

To use as a prenatal massage oil; apply 3-4 drops daily from 34 weeks of pregnancy.

Post Pregnancy Use:
