How much does a Click & Collect order cost?

The cost of using our Click & Collect service is £3.95 for UK orders under £25.

If you spend more than £25, Click & Collect is free.

How long will it take for my Click & Collect order to be delivered?

Click & Collect orders will be ready to collect within 3-5 working days.

You will receive an automated email from our delivery partner (MyHermes), please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received notification that is awaiting collection.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

Please have your order confirmation email (on your phone or printed) as well as any one of the following:

• Passport
• Driving License
• Credit or Debit card used for payment

How long do I have to collect my order?

The Parcelshop will keep your order for 7 days.

If your order is not collected within this time, it will be sent back to our warehouse and a refund will be issued to the card you used for payment.

After 7 days your order will be sent back to our warehouse and a refund will automatically be issued to your card used for payment.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

No. Click & Collect orders can only be collected by the person who placed the order. Please remember to bring identification with you.

Can I return my Click & Collect order?

Yes! Either you can return it to the Parcelshop you collected it from or follow the instructions on our Returns Page to send it back directly.
