Not for me. Sugary and sticky (and green!)
I gave this a go because I got it in the Big and Bouncy Edit and one of the things I like about Edits is that they are good to try things you wouldn't otherwise. So I thought it could be a fun way to supplement and take care of my hair this autumn. But I just... I don't know, I don't find the good moment to take them. They're gummy and sugary and sticky and sometimes they leave a weird aftertaste. Also the sugary flavour is so strong it feels unhealthy at any time of the day. I have learned not to chew them too much so they don't stick to my teeth but I still don't understand the need to add sugar to vitamins for adults. I gave it a go for a couple of weeks but honestly, I very much prefer to supplement the "adult way". I guess it is a good idea for people who hate taking vitamins or who have trouble swallowing pills? Or a little change in routine, of course. They did look fun but... well, they're not for me.

Taste good and effective
I got these gummies in one of the cult hair care edits and have been consuming since 3 weeks. As with any nutritional supplement it takes time to see results but so far so good. I can keep consistent as they taste good as well so pop them after a meal

I got them in the advent calendar and I found them way too sweet and also I think they broke me out as I have not changed anything else in my routine and I found myself with a number of painful blemishes

Looks like a winner so far.
I got these in the Christmas Advent calendar last year and never actually ate them until recently. I noticed a change in my hair after about three weeks and I have new growth at my hairline. So it’s looking promising so far. I’m going to order a new pot as soon as it’s available again.
