My skin had an instance glow after using. My complexion only improved after a couple of weeks using. It’s an odd texture almost like a balm when applying. It does leave the skin a bit tacky. Apply it on damp skin and within a few minutes…it’s absorbed. I was fortunate enough to get the 35% vitamin c and much prefer it. However I would not hesitate to use this one again… definitely worth the money spent!!!!!

I have tried several other Vitamin C products and didn't find one I loved until this. It contains 20% Vit C so for first time users, i would say go slowly with this. It's easy to apply and a little goes a long way. Sits well, followed by a moisturiser, under makeup. It has definitely brightened my skin.

This is the strongest vitamin C serum I’ve used, there’s a slight sensation of warmth when you first apply to the skin. It’s not easy to work in as is very thick. Whilst it feels sticky in application, it doesn’t actually leave the skin sticky once absorbed. I do think it has a brightening effect but prefer other formulations like Sunday Riley.

I got the small sample size in a Cult Beauty goody bag. The texture an smell of the product is really nice. It melts nicely in the skin and works well under make up.

I got a mini of this and thought this was just okay, didn't really love the texture, but it might be because I didn't apply on a wet face.

I tried this product in a deluxe sample when I purchased another Allies of skin products...the texture is like a balm which glides better with sligthly damp skin. It makes the skin so luminous that looks very healthy, it minimizes dark spots.

I really love this product. At first I thought it might be a bit oily but it's just the texture. Once it completely absorbs I dont feel like there's a film of something on my face, though I recommend to be carreful with not applying too much and warming it up between your fingers before applying on your face. It never messes up with my makeup. My expereince with vitamin C serums is not that good. I generally end up not feeling like using them bacouse of how they feel on my skin or because of how it acts when I put makeup on top. So I'm glad a got this. Even if it is expensive, if you are thinking of getting it, I recommend you do. (I have to say that because of the texture I don't like applying this first thing on my face, but I just use a toner before this and that's solved)

AOS never fail to impress. A truly magical serum that has brightened my skin in next to no time. I like this serum but not it’s texture. It is too thick, otherwise the product would  be perfect product for me I either tap it around my face or apply it on my face right after rinsing it.
