A rich, velvety cream to soothe and relieve stressed hands, Aesop’s Reverence Hand Balm sinks in quickly (thus avoiding the difficult ‘can’t turn the bathroom handle’ dilemma) and envelopes you with a glorious, earthy aroma. Use regularly after Reverence Hand Wash to soften rough skin, nails and cuticles – or slather over dry feet before bed to banish cracked heels and callouses. A perfect marriage of style and substance, this is a prime example of Aesop’s philosophy: quality ingredients meeting new tech disciplines in products that encourage your skin to be the best that it can be. Now available in the original 500ml and a grab-and-go 75ml, you'll never need to be without this softening salve.
Aesop’s ultra-nourishing Reverence Hand Balm is blended with seven carefully selected ingredients, all renowned for their skin conditioning properties.
Characterised by its warm, woody aroma (a blend of vetiver root, petitgrain and bergamot rind) this moisturising lotion is lightweight and quickly absorbed, to soothe and protect labour-wearied hands. Sweet almond and coconut oils deliver instant relief from dryness and cracking, while potassium lactate and lactic acid soften skin and provide prolonged hydration for skin that’s feeling forgotten. This makes a perfect gift for a gardener, together with Reverence Hand Wash. Now available in the original 500ml and a grab-and-go 75ml, you'll never need to be without this softening salve.

it's nice
The formula is great, it absorbs into your skin nicely. The smell is ok, it's herbal and unisex, Â but I can imagine it's not for everybody. However, I was wondering why the smell was so familiar, found out it's the same as the old spice original deodorant. I don't know if aesop knows, haha.Â

This smells like..spicy cloves when it dries down and I've grown to love the scent. It's very silky and nice, one of the better handcreams I've tried.
