THE INKEY LIST’s aim is simple: break through beauty jargon to deliver a straightforward take on skin care’s most-wanted ingredients (at astoundingly reasonable, ‘give-it-a-go’ prices). The C-50 Blemish Night Treatment helps to treat blemishes and prevent future outbreaks by warding off blemish causing bacteria. The title ingredient C-50, or sodium ascorbyl phosphate, minimises the appearance of blemishes while encouraging your skin to heal itself. The formula also calls upon the pore-perfecting ingredient we all know and love, salicylic acid, to empower this treatment with exfoliating goodness and clearing power.
Having one of those weeks where the LAST thing you want to deal with is a bout of pesky spots? Us. Too. That’s why we’re inordinately excited for The Inkey List’s C-50 Blemish Night Treatment, an overnight mask that minimises existing and prevents potential breakouts. C-50 is a stable vitamin C derivative that brightens and evens your tone so that blemishes appear diminished, while simultaneously encouraging the renewal of your cells for quicker healing times. The BHA salicylic acid exfoliates your skin, clearing away dead skin so it won’t clog your pores and develop into blemishes. Regulating your skin’s oil production, evening your tone and targeting the type of bacteria that causes blemishes to appear, the C-50 Blemish Night Treatment is a definite must-have for blemish-prone or oily skin types.

Love it!
I really like it it helped my blemishes I am okay with the way it feels but it is quite sticky And you should definitely check with which products you can per it with cause i found that many of my products don’t go well with it so I usually wear it alone

Very ordinary product!
Not so helpful, at least for me!

Harsh and not effective
Vitamin C is great for your skin, but better opt for a different product. I was interested whether I would get a good product for a low price (which is a case sometimes), but this one is a huge no. It is harsh on the skin and not balanced at all, which is probably the reason for its price. Yes, you can try balancing it with other products on top, but here we run into another problem - I don’t feel it works. Moreover, it seems to have provoked breakouts. Again, it is natural with retinol, for example, and should get better in some weeks. However, in this case, I have noticed no vitamin C effect. It just dried my skin out and made it more sensitive despite protective measures I used. It’s also a bit sticky. Wouldn’t recommend.Â

Okay, but drying
Using this product, I did see a change in the brightness of my skin. However, it was also drying my skin out and moisturizers I tried putting on top to combat the dryness would always pill.

Good but not amazing :)
This product is interesting :) I did liked it and used it up but didn't see any amazing results. And my maine concern is that the Inkey List suggests not to use a moisturizer after this treatment/serum. I have combo acne prone skin and even for me not to use a night time moisturizer was way too much sacrifice. Maybe I will reorder it soon and give it another chance but I will definitely use a moisturizer over it, otherwise it's just not worth it.

Amazing
This is absolutely fantastic for me blemish-prone skin. It's not scented so it's perfect for nighttime skincare.Â

100% Recommended
Like others, this is my first skin-care review. But I really felt I needed to leave one for this product! I have oily blemish prone skin, and desperately struggle with hormonal breakouts and hyperpigmentation. This product works wonders, over night the intensity of the breakouts is hugely diminished. I couldnt believe it when I saw the difference, my red angry spots and dark spots where much much calmer and significantly reduced in size. Nothing can completely get rid of spots and hyperpigmentation over night, but this gives it a very impressive go. My skin isnt even dry the next morning. I would recommend this to anyone, especially at this price.
