Helping to reduce breakouts and prevent future ones, this excellent cleanser from PAULA’S CHOICE is perfect for easily congested skin types. Gently removing pore-clogging debris, impurities and excess oil, the refreshing gel cleanser lifts away daily build-up to leave your complexion feeling clean and purified. The key ingredient is BHA salicylic acid, which removes dead skin cells both on the skin’s surface and within the pore to reduce blemishes and blackheads. To ensure skin does not feel ‘stripped’ or dry after use, the clever formula also contains skin-replenishing glycerin and panthenol (vitamin B5) to ensure your visage remains hydrated and soft. The cleanser is available in both full (177ml) and travel (30ml) sizes – perfect for those on-the-go, or for trialling before investing in a full size.
Use morning and evening. Splash the face and eyes generously with water. Apply a small amount of cleanser to your face using vigorous yet gentle circular motions. Rinse well. Repeat or use with a clean washcloth to remove heavy makeup.

I really liek this, but noticed after consistent use it also broke me out in som places. I guess everyone has to try out what frequency works for them, however for me day & night or every night is a bit much (that's why I gave it 3 stars, but that doesn't mean it won't work for you!)
