unpopular opinion
I was really excited to try this foundation, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite a disappointment. I prefer lightweight formulas (such as MAC Face and Body), and from the reviews, it seemed like this one would be similar. However, I wouldn’t describe it as lightweight at all. I realize MAC Face and Body is in a league of its own, but the NARS foundation felt far too heavy on my skin, so I eventually had to stop using it.

Medium, buildable to full coverage foundation. The shade range is good. I like to wear it on days that I want to make a little more effort instead of wearing my usual skin tint. I have sensitive, dry skin and it works well. I have to set it otherwise it will settle in my fine lines.

Beautiful effect
The first time I tried this on, I thought I'd never seen a foundation go on so smooth and flawless. There is a caveat - oil control is not the best. I have combination skin and depending on the foundation, it can look dry and patchy or too oily. Nars Light Reflecting requires going with a more heavy duty setting powder for me (my Kosas Cloud Set looked oily by hour two), which kind of takes away from the initial beautiful radiant finish for the sake of looking good later.

One of my favorite foundations
One of my favorite foundations, I prefer using it with sponge. Feels light on skin even during summer. Bery gentle glow. My skin is combination and it doesn’t make it oily during day. All cool shades are great, I am cool with olive undertone and Oslo, Yuvon and Vienna look great dependes how tan I am.
