Super herbal scent
The scent is much more herbal than I expected and the texture is like an oil that is never absorbed. It is true that the days after using it, my skin felt smooth, but (in my personal experience) it doesn't make up for it, since I highly value the application experience/ritual.

Sunday Riley does it again..
I am a die hard fan of Sunday Riley Juno and so was dying to try this. So far, this oil has not disappointed. I use the Luna sleeping oil on alternative nights to SR juno and adore this oil. I use Luna immediately after cleansing at night and leave it on the skin for 2-3 hours before applying my night moisturizer at bedtime. Luna is gentle but effective - this was my first retinol product to try and my skin didn't feel irritated or angry. This is my third or fourth bottle ( a bottle last several months) and I will continue to purchase. The oil absorbs quickly after application - it is not greasy nor does it feel heavy on the skin. I'm 42 and I definitely feel like this retinol has helped with the texture of my skin and fine lines. I like that it's gentle yet effective - I didn't experience any dryness or redness with this retinoid.It's pricey so I was delighted to avail of CB discount at black Friday:)

My favorite winter routine
The night oil is my favorite skin care routine during winter. My skin becomes very sensitive in cold days and this oil calms it, reducess the redness and relaxes may skin. Does not make my skin oily. I love its smell too.

Great alternative to retinol
I love this oil! It's not too drying as a retinol on its own would be and its great to layer in the evenings. It sinks into the skin. I have very sensitive skin and this hasn't caused any side effects.

Lasts forever!
This oil is pricey, but not only will it save your skin from whatever it went through during the day, it will also last you a very long time. I have started using it in March, it is now Halloween and my bottle is still half full after daily use. If you have very dry skin and use more, it might run out faster. But even then it should be good for at least 6 months! I love how I wake up with smooth skin every day and my skin is barely irritated anymore. No flakey skin, no redness or burning. This has really improved the health of my skin overall after a few weeks!
