After cleansing in the evening, massage two pumps evenly across face, neck and décolletage. This product should be phased in gradually as it contains retinal. Use twice a week for the first two weeks, every other night for the next two weeks, then every night. You should use a sunscreen every morning while using vitamin A.

It is a light serum, not too much oily, perfect for oily skin. Not irritate my skin, I use it 3x a week. My skin is smoother and nicer but I’m waiting for anti-aging effects. Now I’m not sure if I will buy it again.

On the 2nd, great gentle all in 1 night treatment
I've been using it for more than 7 months side-by-side with my tret, alternating the nights to easy me into nightly tret. It gives my 45 yrs skin all it needs to look fresh, rested, wrinkle free and plump in the morning. Since I've great skin routine, the change is subtle over couple of weeks. Its a very expensive product, but luxurious and dreamy to use for those who are looking for all-in-one night treatment as this includes gentle acids, retinal and very beneficial peptides among other anti-agening and moisturising oils and plant extracts ingredients. Despite of added fragrance, it doesn't irritate even very sensitive skin such as mine, also has some vanilla extract, therefore lovely light vanilla scent, the cream is light and cosmetically very elegant and its its 50 ml instead of usual 30 ml with other Medik8 retinals. Due to its light texture, I layer it on top of hydrating serum that also helps it to absorb deeper. The strength is probably the same as Retinal10, so for the tret user its quite weak, but for beginner retinol users can be a little strong. The cream has slight orange colour that however doesn't stain the skin or pillow. Well worth purchasing with discount code if needing to replace several products with one multitasker that is actually science-backed and not only marketing talk.

Expensive, but great product
This does no harm to my mildly Rosacea, acne-prone, dry & sensitive skin. I have not experienced any irritation due to this great encapsulated formula. I have been easing this into my routine the last couple of weeks and I can already tell differences in my skin: it's smooth and some pigmentation seems to be clearing up already. Unfortunately this is a very expensive product, but it does a great job.

I bought this all-in-one night treatment in August. It's now March, and although there must be very little left in the package, I haven't finished it yet It is literally a sublime and perfect product, in the night routine you can use it alone (I use a mist and toner after cleansing anyway) and it lasts an eternity Yes, it is really overpriced and recently I think it has even increased, but if you can get it at a big discount, using your rewards points, paying it in installments, I'm sure you won't regret it I would recommend it to skins that are over 45/50 and have tried different retinoids, which the skin then gets used to Great curiosity for the rest of the R-Retinoate range
