As an immigrant from Seoul, South Korea who moved with her family to Charlotte, North Carolina at the age of 10, Dr. Ko finds purpose in helping others. Following her undergraduate degree at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2012) and her medical degree from The Brody School of Medicine (2016), Dr. Ko completed her internal medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center (2019).
