Purge Foot Bath: Place mixture at the base of a foot bath now pour hot water to dissolve test heat and cool to a comfortable temperature before placing your feet in the tub for 15 minutes.

SOS PMS Support Essence: Decant a drop onto hands and inhale deeply to lift away emotional agitation anxiety and despair.

Soothe PMS Relief Oil: Gently massaging into areas of tenderness such as the abdomen, lower back and breasts.

Cocoon Bath Oil: Decant 1 capful in a running bath, soak for 10-15 minutes. Take some deep breaths initially to absorb the uplifting aroma.
