Harnessing percussive therapy (basically ‘pummelling’ muscles to massage the tissue without a masseuse) to speed recovery and help to alleviate persistent pain, Theragun PRO is the ache-easing weapon of choice for those plagued by stubborn soreness or who like to push their body to its limits (sans the downtime).
Trusted by professionals and die-hard athletes who’re consistently pushing for personal betterment, Theragun PRO works to minimise tension and stress while relieving discomfort. Surprisingly quiet (but unsurprisingly effective), this boasts an ergonomic grip, rotating arm, an OLED screen with a force metre and customisable speed range that delivers up to 60lbs of no-stall force (should you need it), while remaining as quiet as an electric toothbrush! Democratising physiotherapy, the choice of four arm positions allows you to easily access any area of the body, while the two interchangeable batteries each provide up to 150 minutes of power (charge one while the other’s in use). With six easy-to-clean attachments – from Supersoft (for sensitive areas) to the Wedge (for shoulder blades and IT bands to ‘flush’ the lactic acid) – the companion app helps you tailor your Theragun experience to suit your needs, suggesting guided rituals to personalise and track your wellness journey.
1. Insert the lithium-ion battery fully before turning on the PRO.
2. To turn on the PRO, firmly press and hold the centre button for two seconds on the button pad.
3. Press the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons on the button pad to increase or decrease speed.
4. Press the left (<) and right (>) arrows on the button pad to toggle between the PRO’s pre-loaded treatment presets.
5. To turn off the PRO, firmly press and hold the centre button on the button pad until the device shuts down.
Connecting the Attachments: Align the attachment with the tip of the rotating arm and push to connect. To remove, grip the attachment, placing one finger on each side of the plastic connector. Pull off the attachment.
Using the Rotating Arm: The PRO’s rotating arm adjusts to four positions. To adjust the arm, push the rotating arm button on the underside of the PRO and move the arm to the desired position.

Good
It is pretty good. The lowest speed is still quiet fast, until you get used to it. The percussion is quiet useful and relaxing to massage your back and shoulders.

I bought the Theragun PRO as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and so far he’s been enjoying it a lot. It’s very handy that you have 2 batteries and the case is very convenient as well. It could be a bit heavy at the beginning but you’ll get used to it and not feel the weight. Would definitely recommend.
