Offering gentle yet effective exfoliation with 10% lactic acid (an alpha hydroxy acid), this lightweight serum reduces pigmentation, minimises fine lines and wrinkles and improves overall skin texture. It's also bursting with Tasmanian pepperberry to reduce signs of inflammation and soothe any redness sometimes caused by exfoliation. Oh, and there's more... it's enhanced with nourishing hyaluronic acid to not only lock in moisture, but retain it too.

Apply once per day, ideally in the evening. Can be diluted with other treatments to reduce strength until skin develops tolerance. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a physician. (Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.)

Didn't do much
This product didn't do much for my skin. It gave me a little glow but it's not what I expected. I might have to try the 10% one and see if it helps more with my scars.

Not perfect
I don't see any huge results using this acid. In my opinion The Ordinary's Alpha Lipoic Acid is much better in gentle exfoliation and improving the skins texture.

AMAZING
I‘ve been using this product for a month now & I clearly noticed changes to my skin. It‘s a lot more clear & super soft. I‘d definitely recommend this product.

Dissapointed.
I'm extremely disappointed in this product especially since I bought 2 of these and 4 other products from the same brand due to the advice of the company. I bought them to get rid of a number of scars on my face and hyper-pigmentation. I've been using them for 3+months and my scarring is still as visible as the day I started using them.

Smooth
I wasn’t using this product to fix any particular problem, just to add into my daily routine to help support my aging, sensitive, eczema prone and dry skin. (Big task!) My skin feels hydrated, I have fewer scaly patches and the bags under my eyes have unpacked themselves. I use this in conjunction with the vitamin c 30% suspension.

BRILLIANT!
I have suffered from acne scarring for years and tried many products to reduce them, this is by far the best product. My skin looks healthier and has reduced the scarring and reduces any new acne. This has worked wonders. Definitely worth the money.

My favourite!
This has to be one of my favourites from The Ordinary. I use it three times a week for my PM routine. It gives me baby smooth skin the next morning. My acne scars appear to be lighter after I started using this. I also love its mild herbal scent.

BURNS?!!?!?
Am I the only one who gets a horrible burn using this??? My skin is not sensitive AT ALL I can go days without washing it and my pain tolerance is quite high, but using this burns so much makes me want to scream!!
