Amazing for congestion

I wasn’t so impressed at first but after just a few uses I could really see a diference and I only need to use it 2 times a week(just one it’s not enough for me personally but if I use it to much it can be a little drying ; 2 times works amazing and also makes the product last ). Didn't notice a difference.
I bought a sample of this toner and so far, it has lasted me over 6 months. I only use this on Wednesdays as Wednesdays are exfoliating nights for me. It sinks in very fast but I genuinely did not see a difference in my skin afterwards. I think Paula's Choice's products are vastly overrated and far too expensive for my liking.
