What bags?
Rich and creamy. Use it for my bags (I am a medical student with an 8 month year old baby.. meaning man do I have some bags) and it works beautifully. Also doesnt clump up under the eye

I bought this concealer because everybody loves it, but some people tough this makes skin dry a little bit.But anyway I've tried this, and unfortunately I've disappointed.My wrinkles more visible if I use this and under my eyes it is very drying.Packaging and quality are good, but I think this works only on young people, not works on 35+.
