baby powder works better
The product does what is says it does, however I don't like how tacky it is and how much you have to reapply it. I use it for running and field hockey, before I bought this I used baby power which worked great but is a real mess to apply and leaves white stains on your clothes (they do come out in the wash without any extra effort, you don't need to use a stain remover or anything like that however you will look messy after applying it)
