Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Good product
Great for the frizz, the only thing that has to be taken into account, is that it needs heat to activate itself, so it won’t work if you are going to avoid using the hair dryer. Otherwise it helps to maintain the frizz away, specially is humid climates
