Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Good heat protectant
It is a good heat protectant but as for the frizz control, I can't say I'm blown away. My hair looks definitely more sleek but in humid conditions it still appears to be kind of frizzy. Hair looks softer, though, so I will continue to use it until the bottle is finished.

I had high expectations for this product. This actually made my hair a bit frizzy and I didnt see an ounce of gloss or shine. I did apply a good amount and straightened my hair as they instructed but my guess is that this either doesnt work well with other products on your hair like leave ins for example or it doesnt work for low porosity hair. might test again with no other products on my hair just to make sure tho..

I dry and style my hair with a Dyson and this is works well to keep hair smooth and protect them. I suspect that it works better with more heat (like a straightener) but it is anyway a very good product. It comes in a big size and seems bound to last a long time.
