Haul of Fame Terms & Conditions
These Rules set out how you can enter a prize draw (“Promotion”) for a chance to win one of the following Cult Beauty credit prizes (“Prizes”):
1. Voucher code for 15% off orders of at least £25
2. Voucher code for 20% off orders of at least £25
3. Voucher code for £50, no minimum spend
4. Voucher code for £100, no minimum spend
5. Voucher code for £250, no minimum spend
6. Voucher code for £500, no minimum spend
The Promotion is available to all qualifying customers in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). The Promoter is Cult Beauty Limited (trading as Cult Beauty) whose registered office is at Icon 1 7-9 Sunbank Lane, Ringway, Altrincham, United Kingdom, WA15 0AF (“Cult Beauty” or “we”).
By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to have read and understood these Rules and shall be unconditionally bound by them. A copy of these Rules shall be available at https://www.cultbeauty.co.uk/info/promotions/haul-of-fame.list for the duration of the Competition. These Rules should also be read in conjunction with Cult Beauty terms and conditions, available at https://www.cultbeauty.co.uk/info/terms-and-conditions.list.
We reserve the right to amend these Rules without notice from time to time. Any amendment shall be notified to you by email.
How to enter:
To be entered into this Competition, you will need to:
(a) visit https://campaign.odicci.com/#/5cbf9dc2462bb75ef175 and vote for your favourite beauty products between 5 July 2024 BST and 23 July 2024 BST ; and
(b) enter your email address. You will then be given a discount code (either 15%, 20%, £50 voucher, £100 voucher, £250 voucher, £500 voucher) to spend on Cult Beauty’s UK or .com site and you will also be entered into the Competition to win one of the Prizes.
For the avoidance of doubt, no Prize can be allocated without an entrant first having completed the Quiz. There is no cost to complete the Quiz, however your operator’s standard data or communication charges shall apply for access to the Cult Beauty website.
Opening and closing dates
The Competition will begin at 08:00 BST on 5 July 2024 (“Opening Date”) and will close at 17:00 BST on 23 July 2024 (“Closing Date”). Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted. No responsibility will be taken by Cult Beauty for any entry that is misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the Closing Date.
Who can enter and entry restrictions
Only one entry per person.
You must be at least aged 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside if higher) at the time of entry. The Promotion is only open to residents in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Cult Beauty reserves the right to request proof of age and residency before awarding any prize and to disqualify any entrant who is unable to provide such proof on request.
You are not permitted to enter the Competition if you are an employee of Cult Beauty or any THG company, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the Competition.
In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
Rewards
An eligible entrant may receive one of the following prizes during the Promotion Period:
1. Voucher code for 15% off orders of at least £25
2. Voucher code for 20% off orders of at least £25
3. Voucher code for £50, no minimum spend
4. Voucher code for £100, no minimum spend
5. Voucher code for £250, no minimum spend
6. Voucher code for £500, no minimum spend
Minimum order value of £25/€30 applies to the 15% or 20% Rewards. Minimum order value must be achieved before delivery costs have been applied. The Reward cannot be used on sale items, products that have launched within the last 4 weeks (full list can be found here), or on the following brands: Acqua di Parma, BYREDO, Cult Beauty Brand, Christian Louboutin, Comme des Garcons, Creed, Dermalogica, Dieux Skin, Dr Barbara Sturm, Frederic Malle, ghd, Gisou, Guerlain, Hourglass, Jo Malone London, Kevin Murphy, Kilian, La Mer, Le Labo, Patrick Ta, Ranavat, Saie, Shark, Theragun, Then I Met You, The Ordinary, Vinter's Daughter, Westman Atelier, Boy Smells. One reward per customer. Cult Beauty reserves the right to change or pause the promotion at any time. Rewards must be redeemed by 31/12/2024. All voucher codes must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Selection of winners, and the allocation of each Prize (i.e. which entrant receives which Prize) will be determined on a random basis by a draw performed by a computer process from all eligible entries each day during the Promotion. Your Prize will be revealed upon completion of the Quiz and you will receive an email on the date of entry (“Prize Notification”) containing a unique voucher code and a link to cultbeauty.com or cultbeauty.co.uk where the code can be redeemed for the allocated Prize.
Disqualification
To claim a Reward, an entrant must have complied with and remain in compliance with these Rules. If an entrant does not comply with all of the above requirements within the above time frames, or does not otherwise comply with these Rules, we may disqualify the entrant without any liability to that entrant.
We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entrants who we consider to have used improper technical means to enter the Competition and/or we believe have engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities in connection with the Competition.
Taxes
The Prizes may be taxable income under the laws applicable to the winner(s). To the extent permitted by applicable laws, any taxes applicable to the Prizes are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner(s). The winner(s) are solely responsible for reporting the Prizes to the relevant tax authorities, and paying all taxes applicable to the Prizes, as required by the applicable tax laws. Upon request from Cult Beauty, a winner will promptly complete and submit to Cult Beauty all tax forms, certificates or authorizations as may be necessary under the applicable tax laws.
Limitation of Liability
Cult Beauty will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner(s) or any entrant to comply with these Rules; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Competition, if it is possible.
Notwithstanding this section (Limitation of Liability), nothing in these Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude Cult Beauty liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.
Data Protection
Cult Beauty collects and uses personal data to conduct the Competition, as is necessary for Cult Beauty to be able to perform its agreement with you and in order to comply with its legal obligations, including to select the winners, deliver the prizes and publish the results (as required by advertising regulations).

Governing law and jurisdiction
The Competition, these Rules and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The above choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive entrants of the protection under mandatory statutory provisions that cannot be waived under the law which would have otherwise been applicable.
General
All of our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
If any provision of these Rules (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions (or any part thereof) shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision and all remaining provisions (or any part thereof) will remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable or illegal provision were not contained herein.
The original version of these Rules is drafted in the English language. If these Rules are translated into any other language, the English language version shall prevail.
