Been hitting the gym hard? Training for a marathon? Or just feeling a little bit achey from sitting around all day? Whatever the reason for your overworked body, goop’s Phys.Ed Recovery Bath Soak melts away tension and helps you to bounce back quicker than ever.
The base of mineral-rich pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salts and Dead Sea salt is enhanced with botanicals, including apple cider vinegar and arnica. These work together to relax the body all over, soothing sore muscles and releasing areas of tension. Essential oils of turmeric, ginger, wild-crafted frankincense, rosemary, lavender and wintergreen help to relax your body further, while also imparting sublime scent.
The sooner you take a bath post-exercise, the better. Add one cup to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse and towel dry. Wrap yourself in a towel or robe, and rest.
Inspired by goop’s belief that the skin on our bodies is just as important as that on our faces, this sumptuous bath soak is perfect if you’ve been hitting the Phys.Ed (physical education) hard. Mineral-rich salts combine with apple cider vinegar, arnica and turmeric to soothe overstretched muscles, relax the body all over and help you rebound more easily after a workout. You’ll be ready for round two (after a dreamy night’s sleep)!
Sea Salt, Magnesium Sulfate, Maltodextrin, Acetic Acid, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Corn Starch Modified, Sorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Glycerin, Aqua, Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Oil, Boswellia Carterii Oil, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Gaultheria Procumbens (Wintergreen) Leaf Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Tocopherol
