A sustainable Italian range with style and substance, Davines is a Cult favourite. Part of the brand's ‘Essential Hair care’ range, this high-performance formula is free from parabens and sulphates, yet rich in natural, sustainably-sourced ingredients to add much-needed moisture to excessively dry hair types – penetrating strands (without adding weight) to provide sustained hydration and leave locks soft and supple.
With a fresh, fruity scent, Davines’s MOMO Hair Potion is a leave-in conditioning serum which has a silky texture that glides seamlessly through lengths to lock in precious moisture and prevent evaporation so your strands stay smooth and glossy without looking limp or feeling sticky. Enriched with melon extract and a cocktail of conditioning agents, this replenishes parched, weakened strands susceptible to breakage, while panthenol enhances shine and antioxidant vitamin E deflects the damaging effects of everyday environmental stress. Simply apply to towel-dried hair after conditioning, combing through to distribute the product evenly and ensure hair is properly protected.
Apply to towel-dried hair after using the conditioner and do not rinse off. It can be applied to dried hair as a final touch of hydration: it does not wet the hair. Apply approximately 6g product to medium length hair. If applied to dried hair, use approximately 2g product per application.

Momo hair potion
I was excited to try this product having loved the Momo shampoo and conditioner. However the product smelled like fish, horrendous smell on your hair and as such you can’t put it on your hair, complete waste of money. I’d almost persevere with with smell but it didn’t seem to moisturise either. Deeply disappointing, sorry I made the purchase.

I was so excited to try this, my hair was getting quite dry at the ends, so I hoped this would help moisture and give texture. It did both for one day, however, the next day my hair was even drier. When you first put mono on wet hair it smells amazing after a while it starts to smell like fish. It is horrible on your hair, it smells so bad, I've tried using different shampoos to see if that makes a difference but it doesn't.

The first thing I look for when I am searching for products it whether they are cruelty-free.....Davines are! Yey!! This potion is amazing, I wash my hair every day, I know I shouldn't but I can't help it, anyway my hair can get dry and straw like but after I apply this to damp towel dried hair my hair looks amazing and feels soft. My hair dries wavy and some products can be too heavy and make my hair flat but not this. Also a little goes a long way.
