Under eyes feel nice but it’s not anything spectacular

I just tried it for the first time and quite confused about the fact that this eye mask appears to be dry. Most eye masks are soaked in serum and the description of this also says my skin supposed to soak up the ‘elixir’ - I feel there is nothing to soak up? It does feel cooling and stays in place but I found no description whether this should be completely dry? So really unsure if there is a product quality issue or this is intentional.

has a wonderful light scent, used it in the morning, felt so great from cold fridge. no magic, just nice :)

Very hydrating. Amazing for using before makeup, makes concealer look seamless.
