Bought the pillow together with the mat. Totally love both. I do suffer spine degeneration and nerves pinched causing constant pain. And after I lie down on the pillow and mat it really keeps the pain away. Although I could resort to pain killer, but I felt this is a much better option for me. Everyone is different but is worth a try.
