I've used this mat consistently and it has help my back greatly . I recommend trying this. I bought another different mat previously but the effect is not as good as this mat

It is light, good for relax, after 5-10 min I fell asleep on it. It is sharper than "bed of nails", a little bit hard to use directly on skin, but with a light shirt is fine for sleeping

Been loving this product. Initially when I started using it, I couldn't even last few minutes, now I can lie on it for a good 10 minutes or so. It takes away my back, shoulder pain. I suffer from spine degeneration, and nerves pinched causing constant pain. I had tried to use this mat on my calves, it didn't work out well. But as a normal mat it is very effective.
