I drink it mostly in the morning with fresh water and sometimes in my afternoon smoothie. I’ve noticed to have more energy when I take Super Elixir. The Super Elixir includes all the vitamins and minerals, also it is a prebiotic and probiotic. Love the fact that it is lactose free as well bc I’m intolerant to lactose. I feel so much more energized throughout the day and it is convinient to drink with my water in the morning. Amazing product!
