I have a sluggish digestion even though I eat a really healthy and varied diet. Ive tried all sorts of other pre and probiotics and they never really made a difference but this wow within a day or two a real noticeable difference. I hesitated due to the price but one bottle is 2 months supply which I think votary should make clear as it is then priced quite competitively against other high quality supplements, which I’d bought it sooner wouldn’t be without it now!
