It said to use it before bed but I was so hyper I could not sleep the whole night. Will use not at lunch time. Tastes a bit funny, not your best cacao ever for sure.

Don't make the mistake of following the instructions and mixing the powder with water! When mixed with milk or a milk alternative, it creates a really smooth and delicious drink. I love the added cinnamon, but if you're not a fan you should avoid, as the flavour is very prominent.

i like it, but you have to get used to the after taste. it also doesnt feel particularly calming, its still a nice treat though

It taste really good, I usually like to add a bit more cocoa to have a deeper flavor. And I love the fact that it also have health benefits, It also helps me calm down at night.
