I have thin and fine hair and this really improved my hair, it was dry, brilliant, limp, the works basically. After the first use it felt stronger, a little fuller, more glossy and a bit less hair fall. Well worth a try if your hair is suffering.

This hair treatment mask by virtue is alright, but it didn't do much for me. Normally when I use a hair mask I like to see a big difference in my hair before repurchasing, this one was alright but it didn't wow me.
