Hair got worse

I tried this and the conditioner for about 3 weeks, but all they seemed to do was make my hair feel coarse and make me lose more hair. I’m not sure if this was because my hair was “too healthy” for keratin, but I’d definitely do a lot of research before investing in this shampoo. Smell is ok and lathers nicely.
