It's good

Sometimes it's just one of those months where nothing goes right, the sun won't shine, all efforts are for naught, and we just need a little pick-me-up. I ordered this after a particularly awful day in the hopes of treating my body to a warm, indulgent and heavenly treatment - and heavenly it was. I applied this oil on damp skin after stepping out of the shower, noticing how my skin was slurping up the fantastically scented goodness. It left no oily residue and I was able to get dressed quickly after. I have to mention though, that I came down with a super nasty cold a couple days later (unfortunately at my parents' place where I didn't have this little helper handy), but I'm sure my body was so relaxed due to this gorgeous treatment that it didn't notice the evil bacteria creeping in.

I was recently struck down with a really nasty head cold, you know the type of sinus blockage that makes your eyeballs hurt. This bath oil is not scented in the way you would expect for something claiming to clear your airways, as with all of Michelle's products it's hard to make out the individual scents in the expert blend, but geranium would be the one I could name without cheat-looking at the bottle (ok, just checked the ingredients list and it doesn't contain geranium which goes to show how good I am at that!!). Within minutes of settling in the bath my headache started to ease and the tension in my body unwind. You can feel the outer perimeters of your lungs expand and for the first time in three days I could take a deep breath without coughing. It helped me get my body into a calm and comfortable space to be able to sleep last night and they is the best healing tip there is. A new medicine cabinet staple.
