I keep it on my office desk while working and every time I am having a brain freeze and need a pick me up, I open up the jar and have breath in. The aroma is definitely refreshing right away, stones inside the black jar are pretty looking and at the same time, it creates a lovely habit to get to. You have a small bottle of the perfume oils come with it and you can refresh the stones anytime you want with few drops.
