As an avid gamer and workout junkie, this device has been a life saver! It has helped relieve my neck and back muscles significantly after sitting all day on a computer working and all night gaming. Then has kept my legs and glutes from aching after a workout. At first glance, the tool looks heavy which is what put me off, however it is actually incredibly lightweight!
