Placebo or not - it seems to work
4I take this actually around 4 pm since that is where I seem to want nothing but sweets... I eat well and have a nutritionist that helps ensure I get all my nutrients in for the day. So I started to take it in the morning and wasn't seeing the effects, but moved it to 4 pm and it does help. if it is a placebo or not is up for debate, but honestly, to me, it wouldn't matter - if it works it works

5Tbh i had my doubts but i already ordered a refill! It really does help me with my nightly sugar cravings. If you have sugar cravings that come with sleeping medications then this really does help!

5Been taking for around three 3 now, started them at the same time as I was trialling intermittent fasting and reducing my calorie intake. I was recommended a chromium supplement by my nutritionist and I noticed a difference with these, so will keep taking them.

5I didn't actually realise the impact of cortisol and food until I started researching why I was constantly eating chocolate when I was stressed. I then went on to learn more and try to find. a solution. This product really works for me in regulating my stress hormone so I don't find that I have that sweet trigger.ÂÂ
