Bought these on a whim when I read the reviews. Unsure, maybe not as effective in older ladies. They didn't taste great on a swallow either. I didn't see an instant boost as earlier reviews suggest. Underwhelmed.

Helps me think more clearly and keeps me focused throughout the day without any side effects. Definitely much better than drinking 3 coffees a day!
