Really like this brand and this product was no different. Love that the daily dose is just one capsule. It is easy to swallow with no bad aftertaste. Feel like I got the most impact from the product when I first started taking it. Towards the end of the bottle, I just wasn't feeling the extra boost. Of course with supplements it can be hard to tell. But easy to take with no ill side effects

These are nice, I took them when I felt down. Didn't notice much of a difference, but this is a nice way to get an essential vitamins in one go.

Super easy way to ensure I reach my RDA of all essential vitamins, since taking I definitely feel like my mood has stabilised, particularly at hormonal times of the month. It's also only one small capsule to take a day so super easy.
