I get bloated a lot because of my hormonal issues and other medical stuff, and this product actually helps, it takes the bloated feeling and makes me feel much better.

This is my 3rd purchase of this and I think they defo help, I have Endometriosis and get bloated after lots of food, this calms the pain and the bloating as well, so would recomand it to anyone who is suffering with bloatness after food.

I like to use the supplement and the refill is good as well. if you look at the reviews for the original packaging version, the reviews should be the same. I like the refill better because of how I store my vitamins. I don't have much organizational room so it's nice that it's in compact packaging.

I'm so happy this brand has made refills available!! This really shows the brand's commitment to creating less waste and this is a very important issue for me. Even though I still get bloated and experience IBS flare-ups, when I take 2 of these capsules per day (as indicated in the instructions) the discomfort is much more manageable.
