before i tried these I tried the humm debloat pills, i can see a diference with these compared to humm. i only use them around dinner time, as I'm using the pre-pro biotics in the morning i feel it might be too many pills during the day. but clearly less bloated in the evening/mornings when waking up. 4 stars just because of the high price.
