I’ve been taking for a little over a week and already noticed an improvement in digestion and better skin.  The only thing I’d like to point out if you’re thinking of buying this: - You’ll need an electric frother, as the powder doesn’t really mix well with water if you just stir it with a spoon. - personally I dislike the taste. It tastes like artificial berry flavour, similar to a medicine. I only drink it with a straw and it helps. All in all, the flavour is manageable. I will definitely re purchase and try also the other supplements from the same brand

I am not sure about the results, but I know that you should take it for a while before seeing an actual effect. I love the taste and I will continue to use it.

I absolutly love the berry taste. For the results I am not sure, but I bought a 2nd to give it the time to really see the effets.

I only use it once a day (if i remember) and mixing it with something else for my morning smoothie. I love the fresh berry flavor, quite natural and not too sweet. I think for gut health, it does work on me; for skin/nail, I don't know, it is not that easy to recognize big change in a short time I suppose; anyways, I repurchased and will see.

I bought one to try and I absolutely loved it, just ordered two more. I haven't used it long enough to see a real difference on my skin, but my nails look much stronger and I have always had digestion problems which completely disappeared a couple of days after starting to use it. So highly recommend!
