I can't talk about the results because U have only takes this for about a month. I have bought it with the vanilla flavour and I don't like the taste at all.

Favourite protein drink. I mix it with protein milk after the gym. I put it in the nutribullet and it makes a nice milkshake 

I use protein milk and a scoop of this, put them in the nutribullet and you have a really nice chocolate milk shake with 40g protein. It tastes great
