I purchased this as I'm looking for a good SPF to wear under makeup that won't pill. When I first used this, I applied it over moisturiser and it felt so heavy, thick and oily I was certain it was a fail. Since then, I've used it without moisturiser (it's not needed with this, so that's a bonus) and it's been nice. I'm an oily person so without some kind of powder on top, I couldn't use this. But it's worked well under makeup despite the richness of it and doesn't pill at all. The only other thing I would mention is that it's HEAVILY scented, which I don't mind. But if you're sensitive this is something to be aware of.
